6 Week program

Whether you have been active in the past and want to get fit again, or your fitness has plateaued and you need something new or you want to look amazing for an upcoming event, this 6 week program will show your body just what it is capable of.

  • Regular body composition and fitness assessments
  • Initial physiotherapy screening
  • Exercise and diet plan to follow outside of the gym
  • Ongoing support and motivation
  • Pre and post program photographs to see just how far you have come

Complete transformation

For those looking to completely transform their body, mind and lifestyle.

This is a 3 month intense program where we will look at all aspects of your lifestyle, nutrition, fitness levels and physical abilities. We then work with you to make big changes and kick bad habits so you can achieve things that you once thought unachievable.

What you get:

  • 4x 1-2-1 training sessions a week for 12 weeks
  • Body composition testing regularly
  • Extra exercises and program to do in your own time
  • Nutritional advice
  • Ongoing support and mentoring from our team of trainers both inside and outside the studio
  • Bi-weekly photos to see the changes to your body and keep you motivated.

Flexible personal training packages

For those individuals who prefer more time and less structure, we also sell blocks of 10 or 20 sessions to use in your own time to suit you.

You may not have a specific goal but just want to make some healthy changes by taking time out of the office to do some exercise.
